PACE is partnering with Anne Johnston Health Station to provide a flu shot clinic on Friday November 25, 2015. The clinic is being held in the boardroom at PACE's Head office at 970 Lawrence Avenue West, Suite 210.
Simply email or call 416.789.7806 ext. 298 to register. If you call-in, please leave your name and a phone number that you can be reached at.
Once you have registered, please come out on Friday November 25th and get your flu shot.
