The timing for our event is 12:00 TO 3:00 p.m.
Important details about the day:
- We will convene between 12:00 and 12:20 p.m. and break everyone up into groups for the activities
- We know that with many of you coming on WheelTrans there is a good chance that arrival times will vary.  We will make sure that we put you into a group when you do arrive.
- There will be four event activity stations where you will have a chance to try four different sport activities.
- The Variety Village Ability in Action team will be navigating  us between activities.
- One of the rotations will be a visit to the multi-purpose room and courtyard where lunch will be available.  Lunch will include lasagna, salad, pizza, veggies, fruit and cookies. We hope that the weather will cooperate as the room has an adjoining courtyard and you will be able to go out into the courtyard should you choose to. (The forecast is calling for rain – so, not sure how likely it is that we will get outside.)
- You can come dressed “to play” or there are change rooms where you can change into your athletic gear.
