Luxman has worked in the Ontario Public Service for over 8 years in progressively more responsible positions supporting strategic financial planning and decision making in a variety of different ministries. Currently, he is the Business Transformation and Project Management, Senior Consultant with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, where he leads change management initiatives and projects related to Ministry agencies.
Luxman holds a Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of Ontario designation and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
