PACE is pleased to share that we have successfully relocated our enhanced supportive housing program from Bello Horizonte at 1500 Keele Street to 877 Yonge Street. The opening of this new program was made possible through a partnership with Bellwoods Centres for Community Living and their housing partner St. Clare’s Multifaith Housing Society. This opportunity enables us to provide support to twelve clients.

You can search by location combined with keyword or topic. The directory has more than 8,000 health, social and community service listings in Toronto. These include services related to mental health, food, housing, employment, youth, seniors, newcomers and more.
