PACE & Partners COVID Vaccine Clinics

Mobile Vaccine clinic at PACE program

PACE, in partnership with Ontario Health and the property management teams at several of our supportive housing locations – Bathurst Prince Charles, Bello Horizonte, Henry Lane, Edwards Manor and the Joanne Wilson program – worked together to bring mobile vaccination teams to each location to provide vaccines to our clients, and in some cases, other residents in the buildings. Sue and Eva, PACE’s Client Resource Facilitators were on hand to provide support, and take some wonderful photos.

PACE's Accessibility Policy

PACE Independent Living has established an Accessibility Policy to ensure the full inclusion of persons with disabilities. The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) provides a way for Ontario to become barrier-free.

One of the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA) is the development of a multi-year accessibility plan to identify, address and prevent barriers for individuals with disabilities from using the services and/or working at PACE. PACE’s Accessibility Plan addresses various categories of barriers which were identified and included in this plan. This plan will be reviewed and updated annually.
