Rory Burke

Rory Burke is a senior executive with over two decades of leadership experience across the private sector and all levels of government. He currently serves as Ontario’s Appointed Accessibility Regulator, providing executive leadership and oversight of accessibility compliance across more than 400,000 organizations province wide. Rory brings extensive expertise in public policy, regulatory oversight, and corporate governance, with a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale initiatives that deliver system-wide impact. He has held senior leadership roles across the Ontario Public Service, including as the appointed Chief Building Official for the Province of Ontario. A strategic and values-driven leader, Rory is known for his collaborative approach and commitment to advancing inclusive, high-performing organizations. He is honoured to serve as a member of the PACE Board of Directors and to support the organization’s important work in delivering meaningful impact for the communities it serves. Rory has a Master’s in Political Science and Public Policy from Carleton University in addition to receiving his executive education at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University
