Jennifer is known as a leader of people-first, purpose inspired teams which drive revenue and growth. Over the past 20 years her career has been devoted to social impact, advocacy and fundraising with the past 15 years transformed two foundations – the Indigo Love of Reading Foundation and Toronto Public Library Foundation - focused on empowering individuals through improved education and literacy skills.
Jennifer’s commitment to PACE comes from personal experience with a loved one requiring decades of personal care support who not just cared for him but helped the family navigate the complex health care systems.
In her personal time, Jennifer is an international competitive swimmer, loves urban culture, adventure travel and always has her Kobo e-reader close at hand.
